How to apply Bio-Production CS77 Woodseal Wooden Floor Sealer:
- All floors that have been maintained with solvent/wax products or that are worn and patchy should be sanded before sealing with wood seal. On the final finishing a 120 grit should be used, after sanding the floor should be thoroughly vacuumed to remove all grit and dust, lightly damp mop to ensure all soiling and dust is removed, the floor must be free of all contamination before wood seal is applied.
- With a lamb’s wool or flat mop applicator apply a generous neat even coat of seal, taking care not to overlap coats, allow at least 1 hour to dry. If required, the floor can be lightly buffed with a single disc machine fitted with a green pad, this will remove any blemishes/pimples/dust that may be embedded in the film. Vacuum floor again to remove dust and apply second coat at a right angle to the first. On certain soft wood floors, it may be necessary to apply a further coat to achieve a high gloss finish.
- Touch dry: 1 hour, hard dry: 2 hours, foot traffic and normal wear: 8 hours, heavy traffic: 72 hours, full chemical hardness: 7 days
- Coverage: 100-120sqm per 5L depending on floor type and condition
